OFF SCHEDULE BFW is a creative competition among young brands which takes place as part of the Belarus Fashion Week. Its main purpose is to help young talents make a statement and develop their fashion brand. This project turned out as a one of the first major stepping stones for brands like LEORGOFMAN, LubOV TumanOVA, Tanya Tur, TIKOTA UNIQUE, LIMITEDMINSK and other young designers making a buzz today.Participants of the new season OFF SCHEDULE BFW AW18 now have even more opportunities of getting real support. The OFF SCHEDULE program withing the new season of Belarus Fashion Week will feature collection shows and fashion installations. A $2,000 development grant from Conte will be awarded to the author of the most memorable and impactful installation. It’s worth noting that mentorship guidance by the company will be no less valuable for the young fashion designers then the money prize. Another prize of the OFF SCHEDULE BFW program will be summer study residence in Instituto europeo di design, a representative of which will make an appearance at the Belarus Fashion Week and personally meet each participant. English language proficiency is a requirement for participation in study programs.Another key event is the communication with the office of Vogue Talents Award, which will receive all installations of the young brands for review.Fashion installations are the presentation framework for capsule collections featuring elements of dramatization, staging and lighting effects, video fx, set designs and no boundaries to the imagination of the authors. To a spectator fashion installation is an added opportunity to have a detailed look at the images presented in the collection and understand the concept better. Throughout its history OFF SCHEDULE BFW has garnered attention from Italian Vogue and Design42Day magazines.
 
Only 12 designers with previous clothes design experience will be eligible for participation in the installations program.
